This pairing was carefully selected to bring together Oakley’s proven temperament, structure, and versatility with Walter’s beautiful full show-line pedigree. Walter is owned by Rocky Flats Kennels and bred by Iron Hill, bringing classic Labrador type, balance, and presence to this litter. Oakley has already proven herself within our program, with her previous litter producing puppies thriving in a variety of homes and roles, including one puppy who was already alerting to seizures for his family at just six months old. This will be Oakley’s second and final litter, and we expect well-rounded puppies with steady temperaments, strong genetics, and the potential to excel as devoted family companions, therapy or service prospects, and beautiful examples of the Labrador Retriever.

This is one of the breedings we are most excited about. Ruby and Chief were thoughtfully paired for their complementary strengths in temperament, trainability, structure, and working ability. Ruby's first litter exceeded our expectations, producing puppies with exceptional intelligence, natural drive, outstanding trainability, and remarkably balanced temperaments. We believe Chief is the ideal complement to those strengths and expect this pairing to produce versatile Labradors capable of excelling in hunting, performance sports, service work, and as devoted family companions.
Please note: Both Ruby and Chief are actively campaigning toward the Fall Grand. This breeding will only take place if it does not interfere with either dog's training or competition schedule. If needed, the litter will be postponed until Ruby's next heat cycle.
